Delete Account

Once you have requested account and data deletion, this cannot be undone.

Before submitting the request, ensure that any account balance is already withdrawn and that you have no open bets. We cannot delete accounts that have open bets or where there is a balance on the account.

In accordance with the terms of our privacy policy and regulatory requirements, we will take action and provide confirmation via your registered email within 30 days once you have submitted a request.
