Dev Ops Engineer

Xanadu builds and operates high-performance systems for the online sports betting industry, including the technology powering Matchbook and easyBet, one of the world’s fastest-growing betting exchanges. Our platforms run at a scale and speed more commonly found in financial-market trading systems, and we are continually improving how we deliver, deploy, and operate these services.

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will play a central role in ensuring our teams deliver high-quality products efficiently, while contributing to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational tooling. You will join a passionate, experienced engineering team working on the next generation of features and capabilities for our exchange platform.

  • Stay current with modern technologies and methodologies, providing technical guidance and recommendations to engineering teams.
  • Document processes, tools, and architectures as part of continuous improvement and operational readiness.

What we’re looking for?

  • A strong passion for automation, modern infrastructure, and operational tooling.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility to live and work in Ireland.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional automation/configuration tools (Puppet, Chef, etc.).
  • Broader scripting capability across multiple languages.
  • Deeper experience with CI/CD or infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
  • Additional exposure to observability tooling and performance diagnostics.
