Senior Affiliate Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager with a proven track record of cultivating and managing high-performing digital marketing partnerships to lead Matchbook’s affiliate marketing program across our multinational portfolio of real-money gaming products (Sports/Casino/Bingo). Reporting to the Head of Growth, the ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the iGaming industry, and strong negotiation skills, to build relationships to cost-effectively grow the affiliate channel.

Role & Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, manage to monthly, quarterly and annual targets to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain a network of high-value affiliates (publishers, influencers, content sites, etc.)
  • Structure and negotiate commission plans, CPA deals, and tenancy agreements
  • Monitor affiliate performance to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Performance Optimisation & Analytics

  • Analyse channel and partner performance against key metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, conversion rates) to optimise affiliate campaigns
  • Manage regular channel activities through affiliate management software (Raventrack/Income Access)
  • Provide regular reports on affiliate performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Network Growth & Relationship Management

  • Foster strong relationships with top-tier affiliates and media partners
  • Represent Matchbook at industry events (e.g., SIGMA, iGB Affiliate), growth Matchbook’s profile within the industry, and expand the affiliate network
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Data Analytics, Paid Media, Social Media, CRM, and Creative) to align affiliate tactics with broader marketing goals
  • Stay abreast of industry and competitor activities and leverage that knowledge to inform business planning and development decisions

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in gambling or iGaming. Sports betting and Casino a plus
  • Strong network of gaming industry contacts
  • Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing including familiarity with SEO, app download, and digital marketing trends
  • Familiarity with gambling digital marketing regulations and compliance (e.g., responsible gambling, data privacy)
  • Experience working in international markets (e.g., Europe, LATAM, North America) a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
